Phil is a Mechanical Engineer by day and works in the rail industry. By night he gets distracted by electronics projects, building things in the shed, the occasional bit of programming and trying to keep the various data loggers and pigeon monitoring equipment operational.

Rachel has the unfortunate fate of living with Phil, it is not known what terrible acts she committed in a previous life to deserve this, but they must have been terrible.  She is in the middle of a timed test, and so I have free reign. Rachel likes books, a lot. She can read them so quickly that I suspect she is only pretending. When she isn’t reading things, Rachel is a database developer.
